With a new album electrifying the psytrance scene, Faders keeps creating, innovating, and leading the dancefloors with exciting projects still to come.
Earlier this year, Storyteller – the third full-length album from Faders, the project of Israeli producer and DJ Or Kopel was released on the prestigious Shamanic Tales Records. The album is marking one of the high points in Kopel’s career, taking listeners on a truly cinematic psychedelic journey. Combining deep progressive grooves with driving full-on energy, rich melodies, and precise sound design, Storyteller unfolds like a book, with each track serving as a chapter in an evolving narrative. It’s a work that shines both on massive festival dancefloors and in deep listening sessions, cementing itself as one of his most refined and immersive creations to date.
Now, Faders is keeping the momentum alive. He is currently working on Storyteller Reimagine – a new remix EP series breathing fresh life into the album’s tracks. Featuring a diverse lineup of talented remixers from across the globe, the project aims to reinterpret each piece with a unique musical vision, opening the story to unexpected new directions.
Since 2006, the name Faders has echoed across the world’s leading festival stages from Ozora in Hungary, to Indian Spirit and Antaris in Germany, Vuuv and Shankra in Switzerland, to Psy-Fi in the Netherlands and Eclipse Festival in Canada. At every show, Or forges an instant connection with the crowd, maintaining high energy and guiding the dancefloor through an unforgettable psychedelic experience.
Over the years, he has collaborated with some of the biggest names in the genre including Astrix, Electric Universe, GMS, and Killerwatts – producing powerful tracks that resonate with both long-time psytrance fans and the new generation of listeners.
With a sound that bridges emotion and intensity, and the ability to tell a story through every note, it’s clear that the journey of Faders is far from over – in fact, it’s only just beginning.
